We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-oriented Commercial Advisor, in charge of promoting the sale of Hotel Campestre services, including accommodation, social and corporate events, tourist plans and business agreements. You will be responsible for active customer prospecting, personalized commercial attention and advice, preparation and monitoring of quotes, effective closing of sales and customer loyalty. You will need to identify new business opportunities, develop strong business relationships and represent the hotel in a professional manner. In addition, you will prepare weekly commercial management reports and participate in periodic virtual calls to present progress, results and strategies, ensuring compliance with commercial objectives. The position is carried out in a remote work mode, with availability for specific visits when required.
Requirements and conditions:
University degree. Minimum proven experience of 5 years in commercial positions, preferably in hospitality, tourism or services. Excellent negotiation, communication and achievement-oriented skills. Base salary plus sales commissions, depending on results.
