Requirements:
• Previous experience in business leadership or team supervision.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales (real estate, financial, automotive, insurance, etc.)
• Ability to train, motivate and monitor teams.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Enjoy dealing with high-profile clients and have a long-term business vision
• Preferable: CRM management
