What functions will you perform?
Provide comprehensive customer service (Inquiries, Claims and PQR) through the telephone channel.

What are we looking for?
Education: Minimum completed secondary school (desirable with technical or university studies in progress or professional).

Documentation: Current DNI or CE (essential).

Experience: Previous certifiable experience in a Call Center (minimum 6 months).

Skills: Excellent verbal fluency, empathy and results orientation.

Working Conditions:
Fixed Salary: S/ 1,185 + Attractive Commissions.

Mixed Modality: Virtual training, first week in person in San Isidro, then 100% Remote Work (Home Office).

Training: 100% paid from the beginning.

Hours: Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week). Availability to work two Sundays or holidays per month (with the corresponding rest or extra payment according to law).
