ATC TELEOPERATOR/ SUPPORT

WHAT WILL I DO?

Its main function is to evaluate the urgency and impact of each technological problem to refer it to the appropriate specialist team, ensuring efficient resolution.

WHAT WILL MY BENEFITS BE?

WHAT WILL MY WORK SCHEDULE BE?

- Availability to work range from 8am to 6pm.
- Rest: Sundays.

WHAT REQUIREMENTS SHOULD I MEET?

- Experience in customer service through a call center at least 3 months.
- Completed secondary school or technical and/or university studies in progress or completed.
