After-sales service
*We answer online calls from our Canadian customers to resolve doubts, problems or complaints about their product, from doubts with the delivery of their product to their home, advice for its installation or programming, service orders are generated for home visits.
Requirements:
*Lic. Finished in Administration, Foreign Languages, International Commerce, Business Management or related administrative areas.
*English C1 (essential, conversational)
*Advanced management of Office Parcel.
*Experience in customer service (1 year or more)
*Have internet at home (30 to 50 megabytes plan)
*Conflict resolution, decision making, ease of speaking, sales work.
Home schedule:
Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm (1 hour for lunch and 30 minutes for bath time)
Saturdays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We offer 2-3 week in-person training at the Mabe Celaya plant, we have free transportation to Celaya, Salvatierra, Cortazar, Panales Jamaica.
