We are seeking a committed and motivated Jr Telephone Advisor to contribute to our ambitious mission of providing equitable access to financial products through innovation and technology.
Position Objective:
Provide follow-up on already approved loan applications, answering calls and validating that the documentation provided by the client is authentic, complete and meets the established requirements. Ensure that the file is in order to advance the process until the disbursement of the loan.
Responsibilities:
*Support in the evaluation and resolution of customer service queries through video calls.
• Document validation and data verification.
• Conduct customer interviews.
• Analyze and identify possible risks and identify solutions that meet the client's needs.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and effectively.
• Monitoring of contract signing
*Monitoring internal and external clients.
Requirements:
LIVE IN MEXICO CITY OR STATE OF MEXICO
Completed high school
1 year of experience in customer service via telephone (call center)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve established objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-employed
Proactive
Availability to work only Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm with an hour for lunch

Payment of $315.04 per day + 25% Sunday bonus
