Fixed salary: S/ 1,130
Variable up to S/ 450 + unlimited commissions
Up to S/ 220 in Sodexo food card, subject to perfect attendance
Family allowance: S/ 113, if applicable

MANAGEMENT

Monday to Saturday
Fixed rest every Sunday

SCHEDULE

Monday to Saturday within the time slot of 7:00 a.m. m. to 8:00 p.m. m.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum 3 months of experience in Call Center – Sales or Portability
We also consider profiles with experience in Withholdings
Smooth handling of PC, Office and multi-window work
Negotiation and effective communication skills
Active listening, empathy and results orientation

PAID TRAINING

Start: 09/22/2026
Duration: 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Mode: 100% Remote
Time: 9:00 a.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m.
Payment: S/ 25 per day attended,
Payment is made within up to 7 business days.
