Job Description
Main functions:
Prospect B2B clients (SMEs and medium-sized companies) through calls, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
Schedule meetings with decision makers (owners, managers, leadership) and qualify opportunities.
Carry out consultative sales: raise needs, propose solutions, prepare quotes and follow-up.
Manage the complete business cycle: contact, meeting, proposal, negotiation, closing.
Coordinate with the technical team for estimates, scope and delivery times.
Meet meeting goals, proposals sent and monthly closings.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales (ideal IT services / software / digital solutions).
Excellent communication, negotiation and results orientation.
Order and discipline for prospect follow-up.
