And we are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team of over 500 remote professionals in 10 countries. We work with a database of pre-qualified customers who have already shown interest in our products, which increases your chances of success.

What will you do?

As a Call Center Specialist, your main responsibility will be to advise and guide our clients through the purchasing process, identifying their needs and offering the best solution.

We are mainly looking for: Second line advisors
- Sale of health products (diabetes, blood pressure, prostate, etc.)
- Key requirement: Basic knowledge of health/medical topics or experience selling this type of products.

We also have First Line:
- Sale of physical products (utensils, textiles, etc.) and health/beauty.
- Key requirement: Minimum sales experience.

Your duties include:

• Personalized advice to potential clients about our products.
• Effective call management, with an average of 35-50 calls per day (more than 200 dialing attempts).
• Accurate recording of customer information in our CRM.
• Address verification using Google Maps.
• Generation of reports for supervision.
• Effective communication with the team through Discord.
• Closing sales and maximizing the value of each transaction.

What do we offer you?

• 100% remote work: From the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world.
• Format: 2/2 (2 days in a row of work / 2 days in a row of rest). In total 15 working days per month on the first line or 18 days on the second line.
• Working hours: 09:00 - 21:00 or from 09:00 to 19:00 (Colombia time)
• Paid training: You will receive an intensive 5-day training, from 08:00 to 17:00 (Colombian time), with personalized monitoring and compensation of $25 USD upon successful completion.
• Salary: Fixed base $2.4 to $3 USD per hour + attractive sales commissions. Earn more the more you sell.
• Paid training: You will receive an intensive 5-day training, from 08:00 to 17:00 (Colombian time), with personalized monitoring and compensation of $25 USD upon successful completion + 3 weeks of training with hourly pay.
• Growth opportunities: Possibility of promotion and obtaining other positions, increasing your salary according to your performance.
• Biweekly payments: You will receive your payments in dollars through cryptocurrencies. You will receive the necessary support if you are not familiar with this payment method.
• Paid vacations (14 days a year)
