Communication Skills: Impeccable writing and fluent verbal communication.
Digital Tools: Agile management of WhatsApp, Social Networks (user level) and email.
Infrastructure: Have your own Laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
Availability: Immediate for remote work.
YOUR FUNCTIONS:
Customer Service: Respond to queries from engineers and professionals interested in our courses through digital channels.
Sales Management: Guide the client in the registration and registration process following our protocols.
Brand Assistance: Support in the management of corporate profiles (LinkedIn) for dissemination of calls.
Reports: Keep the record of prospects and daily sales organized.
