Opportunity Description:
We are 1CALLCENTER, an international commercial service center with remote operation in Latin America. We manage telephone sales for brands in the health and wellness sector aimed at the Spanish-speaking market.

We are looking for Commercial Advisors with a proactive attitude and results orientation to join our international sales team.

Main functions:
• Management of incoming calls from clients interested in natural products
• Cross sales
• Commercial advice and closing of telephone sales
• Registration of orders in the system

Requirements:
• Good verbal communication and clear diction
• Persuasion skills and achievement orientation
• Basic computer and internet management
• Minimum education: Completed secondary school
• No English required
• Required age: 18 years to 55 years (Optional to enter)
• Immediate availability
• Own equipment with stable internet connection

Work modality:
• Remote operation coordinated by the team
• 5x2 day (two rotating days off)
• Rotating shifts of 9 hours a day (includes 1 hour of rest)

Linking conditions:
• Linkage through digital service provision agreement for international projects
• Completely free selection and training process
• We DO NOT request payments or investments of any kind

Compensation:
• Payment for hours operated
• Sales commissions confirmed and refunded
• Variable monthly income according to productivity and performance
• Payments made in dollars (USD) through verified international transfers

Training:
• Remote mode
• Duration: 4 days
• Intensity: 4-5 hours daily
• Unpaid training
• Immediate entry into the team upon completion of the training process
