Job Description
Simple is a growing Peruvian startup that helps SMEs better manage their sales, inventory, electronic billing, reports and operations through a web platform.
We are looking to incorporate into our sales team a person with energy, good communication and results orientation, who wants to grow by selling digital solutions for businesses.
## What will you do in the position?
- Contact and follow up with potential clients interested in Simple.
- Prospect new clients through digital channels and/or commercial visits.
- Make calls, video calls, demonstrations and meetings with prospects.
- Clearly explain the benefits of the platform according to the needs of each business.
- Manage your portfolio of business opportunities and track them until closing.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Correctly record commercial information in internal monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with the Start-up/Onboarding team to ensure a good transition for new clients.
- Participate in commercial meetings to review progress, opportunities and improvements in the sales process.
- Collect market information, frequent objections and customer comments to help improve the commercial proposal.
## What are we looking for?
- Experience or real interest in sales, commercial service, prospecting or closing clients.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Security to chat with clients on WhatsApp, calls, video calls and in-person meetings.
- Orientation to results and motivation to meet goals.
- Ability to learn about digital products, management software and business processes.
- Order to follow up on clients and business opportunities.
- Responsibility, punctuality and good attitude to work as a team.
- Management of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace at a user/intermediate level.
- Experience selling digital products, B2B services, software, insurance, telecommunications, banking, education, corporate retail or business solutions is desirable.
