We are looking for customer service advisors for our client Claro, focused on providing support and resolving customer queries.

What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service by calls
- Resolve queries and requirements
- Provide support to users
- Record incidents and follow-up of cases
- Comply with quality and service indicators
Hours:
Monday to Sunday within the following time slots:
- 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
1 day of weekly rotating rest

Requirements:
