Job Description

We are looking for customer service advisors for our Telecenter client, focused on providing support and resolving user queries through calls.

Modality:
- Remote work

What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service by calls
- Resolve queries and requirements
- Provide support to users
- Record incidents and follow-up of cases
- Comply with quality and service indicators

Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Fixed rest on Sundays
