Job Description

We are looking for customer service advisors for our client Cencosud, focused on providing support and resolving queries through calls and chat.

Modality:
- Remote work

What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service via chat and voice
- Resolve queries and requirements
- Provide support to users
- Record incidents and follow-up of cases
- Comply with quality and service indicators

Available times:

Full Time
- Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Part Time
- Monday to Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- 1 day of weekly rotating rest

What do we offer you?

Full Time
- Base salary S/1130
- Variable S/113 by indicators

Part Time
- Base salary S/565
- Variable S/56 by indicators

Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 3 months in customer service through a call center
