We are an eCommerce company with more than 10 years in the market, specialists in the sale of accessories for mobile devices, tablets and computer equipment nationwide, with a presence in the main eCommerce and Retail Stores in Peru.
As part of our growth, we are looking to add to our team a:
DIGITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - ONLINE STORE / REMOTE MODALITY - FULL TIME
We are looking for a responsible, communicative and customer-oriented person, with experience in customer service through digital channels, WhatsApp, Online Sales or eCommerce.
The selected person will be responsible for answering questions, guiding customers, managing orders, driving sales through digital channels and following up before, during and after the purchase.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Answer customer queries via WhatsApp, email, social networks and other digital channels.
- Provide information about products, prices, availability, compatibility, payment methods and delivery times.
- Guide the customer during the online purchasing process.
- Attend and manage sales through WhatsApp and digital channels, advising the client in choosing the product, taking orders, promoting the closing of sales and offering additional or complementary products according to the client's needs.
- Track orders, deliveries, changes, complaints and after-sales incidents.
- Coordinate information with the operations, logistics, dispatch and billing areas.
- Verify order data, payment receipts and service status.
- Correctly record the information on the care provided.
- Support the recovery of interested customers who consulted and did not complete the purchase.
- Prepare basic reports on frequent queries, incidents, sales generated and opportunities for improvement.
- Support in other activities related to Digital Service, Online Sales and Customer Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, Online Sales, eCommerce, call center, retail, WhatsApp Business or digital channels.
- Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Community Manager or related careers.
- Good writing, spelling and written communication.
- Ease of communicating with clarity, empathy and customer orientation.
- Ability to resolve queries, handle complaints and work under pressure.
- Basic management of digital tools, social networks, WhatsApp, email and office automation.
- Responsible, organized, punctual, proactive person with a high level of commitment.
- Availability to work remotely.
- Have a PC or Laptop in good condition, Webcam, Headphones with Microphone and stable internet connection.
- Minimum equipment requirements: Core i3 or equivalent, 8 GB of RAM or higher.
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Sundays and holidays free.
