Job Description
We are looking for customer service advisors for our Telecenter client, focused on providing support and resolving queries through calls.
Modality:
- Remote work
What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service by calls
- Resolve queries and requirements
- Provide support to users
- Record incidents and follow-up of cases
- Comply with quality and service indicators
Available times:
Monday to Thursday within the following time slots:
- 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Rest Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 6 months in a telecommunications call center
