At Vamos English we help people from all over Latin America to study English in Ireland. We are not just another agency: we have been in the market for more than 9 years, we have a physical presence in Dublin and we accompany each student from the first call until they land and settle in their new city.
We are looking for someone who wants to join that process and be the first voice that prospects hear when they decide to take the step.

What are you going to do in this role?
Your main job is to attend to hot leads that arrive through WhatsApp, Instagram and social networks, and accompany them through the decision process until they complete their registration.
This includes:
-Take personalized consulting calls (1:1) with prospects who have already shown interest
- Send quotes with school options, shifts and travel dates
- Explain the complete process: from how to reserve a place at school to how the visa works once you are in Ireland
- Actively follow up on WhatsApp until the sale is closed or the prospect is discarded
- Record the progress of each lead in the system we use internally
- Participar en algunos webinars junto con el equipo para apoyar la orientación de nuevos inscritos

What you need to know to do this job well
We are not going to ask you to pretend to know things you don't know, we train you. But you do need:
- Good oral and written communication in Spanish (with prospects from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and other LATAM countries)
- Ability to listen well and understand what worries each person (economic insecurity, visa doubts, fear of moving alone, etc.)
- Honest attitude: we do not sell what we cannot guarantee. Here we do not promise guaranteed work or magical procedures
- Management of WhatsApp Web and business, Google Meet or Zoom for calls and CRM's
- Availability to serve leads at flexible hours (including some weekends)

What is going to give you an advantage?

- Have lived or studied abroad
- Learn how a student visa process works
- Extremely IMPORTANT sales experience in closings.
