Vacancy: Customer Service / Sales Advisor

Modality:
•\ Initial face-to-face training (6 weeks)
•\ Later: 100% REMOTE

During the first 6 weeks you will receive in-person training, where you will learn how to use the system and get to know our natural products in depth. At the end of this process, you will continue your work 100% remotely.

Salary Conditions and Benefits
• Current Legal Minimum Wage + Connection Assistance
• Commissions without ceiling
• Biweekly payment
• The company provides a computer and all the necessary elements for working at home
• You would work between 15 and 16 days a month
• Overtime and surcharges paid according to the law if you exceed 44 hours per week.

Contract Type
• Labor contract with all social benefits: EPS, pension, compensation fund, ARL.

Requirements
• Completed bachelor's degree
• Minimum experience of 3 months in sales (in person or call center)
• Availability to attend in person during the first 3 weeks of training

Main Functions
• Sale of natural products
• Customer service through active listening, information retention and guidance

Schedule
• 12-hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Modality 2 days worked – 2 days off.
