# E-COMMERCE SALES ADVISOR | SHOPIFY | 100% REMOTE

## Are you passionate about sales and know how to close deals on WhatsApp?

At **Balibú Joyería**, we are looking for an E-commerce Sales Advisor with experience in digital sales, Shopify management and results orientation.

We are not looking for someone who simply responds to messages. We want to hire a commercial, proactive and organized person, capable of converting inquiries into sales, recovering interested customers and contributing to the growth of our online store.

If you know how to negotiate, handle objections and do business follow-up, this opportunity may be for you.

## What will your responsibilities be?

**1. Sales and commercial closure**
- Answer customer queries through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Convert conversations into confirmed orders using sales and negotiation techniques.
- Follow up with interested customers and recover purchase opportunities.
- Resolve objections related to products, prices, payments and deliveries.
- Recommend complementary products to increase the value of orders.

**2. Shopify and order management**
- Manage and verify orders within Shopify.
- Consult and update product information and inventory availability.
- Confirm customer data before dispatch.
- Coordinate shipments, update guides and track deliveries.
- Resolve incidents related to orders and logistics.

**3. Customer Service**
- Provide fast, friendly and professional attention.
- Resolve queries, doubts and complaints.
- Accompany the client during the purchasing process.
- Contribute to an experience that generates trust and encourages repurchase.

**4. Commercial control and monitoring**
- Keep order and sales information organized.
- Prepare monitoring reports in Excel.
- Review commercial performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions and sales processes.

## Essential requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in online sales, WhatsApp sales or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, especially in order and product management.
- Knowledge of closing sales, commercial monitoring and handling objections.
- Intermediate command of Excel.
- Good written communication and negotiation skills.
- Organization to manage several conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Responsibility, initiative and results orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet objectives.
- Own computer in good condition and stable Internet connection.
- Residence in Lima, Peru.
- Availability to work full time.

## What do we offer?

**Base salary of S/ 1,230 per month**, plus commissions and performance bonuses.

- **Income potential of S/ 2,000 or more:** depending on results, commissions and applicable bonuses. This amount does not constitute a guaranteed income.

## Work schedule

- Full-time schedule.
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m.
- A rotating day of rest between Monday and Friday.
- Remote mode.

The contracting conditions, breaks and working hours will be established in accordance with the agreed contractual modality and the applicable regulations.

## What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has the initiative to sell, the discipline to follow up and the ability to organize their work without constant supervision.

We especially value people who can demonstrate how they manage orders in Shopify, how they respond to a customer's objections, and how they turn an inquiry into a sale.
