Job Description

At CEDULL we promote training in robotics, technology, marketing and entrepreneurship, and we are strengthening our commercial team with sales advisors focused on results and professional growth.

We are looking for people with experience in sales of services or intangibles, capable of advising different customer profiles (teachers, entrepreneurs, students and the general public), understanding their needs and converting interest into effective enrollments.

This position is carried out in a 100% remote mode, so we are looking for people with discipline, autonomy and focus on results, capable of meeting schedules and goals from home, maintaining constant communication with the sales team.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

- Advise prospects interested in robotics, technology, marketing and entrepreneurship courses.
- Contact qualified leads from digital campaigns.
- Identify client needs and objectives to offer the appropriate program.
- Manage the complete commercial process: contact, follow-up and closure.
- Record progress and results in CRM and WhatsApp Business.
- Meet individual sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
- Participate in constant training on products and sales techniques.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

- Minimum experience of 6 months in sales (education, services, courses, call center or intangibles).
- Ability to communicate ideas with clarity, confidence and persuasive approach.
- Results orientation and commercial discipline.
- Ability to work with different types of clients and products.
- Basic use of digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Drive; CRM desirable).
- Proactive, organized and closure-oriented attitude.

Interest in education, technology, marketing or entrepreneurship.

- Modality: Full time - Remote
- Base salary: S/ 1,130
- Uncapped commissions
