Job Description

At Eless Group, a leading company in professional equipment for Barbershops and Salons, we are looking for high-performance commercial advisors to manage our digital demand.

YOUR MISSION: Manage, advise and close sales with the portfolio of interested clients who enter our channels daily (You don't go out and look for cold clients, we give you the leads).

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Portfolio Management: Serve a constant flow of 30 to 40 prospects daily via WhatsApp Business and Social Networks.

Technical Advice: Guide the entrepreneur on technical specifications (hydraulics, resistance, materials) using our official website as a support tool.

Sales Closing: Prepare quotes and close orders applying suggested sales strategies (equipment combos and cross-selling).

Monitoring: Actively monitor open quotes to ensure closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum experience of 9 months in Digital Sales, Call Center or Customer Service via WhatsApp.

Excellent spelling and writing (Essential).

Agility to handle multiple simultaneous chats and digital tools (ERP, ECCOMERCE).

Results-oriented attitude and ambition to sell.",
