Important company in the gastronomic, hospitality and food services sector, in alliance with the Comfenalco Santander Employment Agency, requires an EXTERNAL ADVISOR IN SGSST - LOS SANTOS/SANTANDER - REMOTE WORK

•\ MODALITY: 100% virtual / remote, with occasional availability for in-person visits according to the needs of each company.
•\ Professional or technological TRAINING in Safety and Health at Work, Occupational Health or related careers, with a current OSH License. 50-hour virtual course (or 20-hour update) on the current OSH Management System, required by Colombian regulations.
•\ EXPERIENCE: minimum of 2 years leading, coordinating or advising OSH Management Systems; Previous experience advising several companies or business groups simultaneously will be valued.
•\ CONTRACT: Indefinite term.
•\ HOURS: Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (42 hours per week are met).
•\ SALARY: $2,300,000 + legal benefits.
•\ FUNCTIONS: Prepare and keep updated the sociodemographic description of the workers. Coordinate preventive and occupational medicine activities, occupational medical evaluations and custody of medical records. Update position profiles including OSH criteria and manage medical-labor restrictions and recommendations. Identify hazards, evaluate and assess risks (hazard matrix, GTC 45 methodology) and coordinate environmental measurements. Define and implement prevention measures, planned inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment. Manage the delivery, replacement and monitoring of personal protection elements (PPE). Report and investigate incidents, work accidents and occupational diseases, and consolidate their statistics and indicators. Design the emergency plan, form and train the corresponding brigades. Monitor absenteeism from work due to medical reasons.
