Telemarketing Commercial Advisor
Car Insurance Sales – Mercado USA

We are looking for Business Advisors to join our remote telemarketing team focused on the sale of auto insurance for Hispanic clients in the United States.

We are looking for dynamic, persuasive, results-oriented people with an excellent commercial attitude, capable of generating relationships with potential clients through telephone calls and digital communication.

In addition, we value organized, proactive people with the ability to work independently remotely.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in telephone sales or cold calling.
Experience in telemarketing, consultative sales or commercial service.
Good use of CRM and Microsoft Excel tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and commercial follow-up.
Ability to work under goals and as a team.
Intermediate or advanced level of English.
Knowledge of insurance (desirable, not required).
Responsibilities
Manage the entire auto insurance sales process.
Prospect and develop new clients in the United States market.
Carry out commercial monitoring and closing sales.
Keep customer information updated in CRM.
Analyze information and generate management reports.
Resolve news related to the commercial process.
Work together with other areas to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
Working Conditions
Contract for work or labor.
Salary: $1,750,905 COP + performance bonuses.
Modality: 100% remote.
Hours: Full time.
