Job Description
We are looking for customer service advisors for our Telecenter client, focused on providing support and resolving queries through calls.
Modality:
- Remote work
What functions are you going to perform?
- Customer service by calls
- Resolve queries and requirements
- Provide support to users
- Record incidents and follow-up of cases
- Comply with quality and service indicators
Available times:
Full Time
- Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (time zone)
- Fixed rest on Sundays
Part Time
- Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (time zone)
- Monday to Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (time zone)
- Monday to Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (time zone)
- 3 rotating rest days

- Base salary S/1130
- Variable S/260 by indicators
Part Time
- Base salary S/565
- Variable S/130 by indicators

Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 6 months in a telecommunications call center
