The Client Advisor/Manager will be in charge of following up with clients on a weekly basis, will be aware of the payment installments of each of the clients, needs with their vehicles if presented (Receive and forward notifications), in case of delinquent clients, send them to the legal area and when they catch up, be aware of their installments again, these installments must be collected on a weekly basis and generate their respective client monitoring report.
