BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT ESPAÑOL\nLocation: Remote from Guatemala\n Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Spain time)\n Hiring type: Provision of professional services\nRole description\nWe are looking for an Operations and Services Assistant responsible for managing orders, coordinating technicians, planning routes, following up on services and preparing billing information for a company in Spain. The role guarantees order, operational continuity and traceability in all stages of the service.\nMain responsibilities\nOrder management\nReceive requests by email, WhatsApp, telephone and internal team.\nRegister and update orders in the system.\nValidate minimum information for programming.\nPlanning and routes\nPrepare daily agenda based on priorities and areas.\nAdjust routes in the event of emergencies, delays or changes.\nMaintain operational statuses in time real.\nOperational coordination and customer service\nAssign services to technicians and coordinate with managers.\nConfirm schedules and conditions with clients.\nPerform preventive monitoring to avoid incidents.\nClosing and billing\nReview evidence, incidents and real times.\nPrepare each service for billing.\nSupport monthly operational closures.\nAdministrative-operational control\nRecord invoices, expenses and tickets.\nSupport payment and collection processes.\nKeep the digital file organized.\nRequired skills\nOrganization and method.\nOrder management and tracking.\nPlanning and coordination of routes.\nClear and professional telephone communication.\nIncident resolution.\nTolerance of high rates and frequent changes.\nCultural adaptation to the Spanish client.\nDocument management and billing support.\nUse of digital tools.\nCriterion and sense common.\nProfile and experience\n1 to 2 years of experience in operational or administrative roles.\nExperience in logistics, routes, SAT or technical services is desirable.\nBasic knowledge of areas of Spain (valuable).\nBasic knowledge of billing processes (valuable).\nIndependent Service Modality mandatory.\nTechnical requirements\nOwn computer.\nStable Internet.\nAvailability during Spanish time.",
