Job Description
An important company in the field of industrial, medicinal gases and welding is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a Commercial Focus for the Metropolitan Region.
The objective of the position is to provide support to internal and external clients, manage quotes and requirements, and strengthen the commercial relationship to promote new business.
Main responsibilities:
- Entry and management of quotes and requirements in SAP-AP system.
- Sending commercial information to clients (technical sheets, invoices, commercial conditions, etc.).
- Track quotes and business opportunities to support closing sales.
- Coordination with internal areas to ensure timely responses to the client.
- Update of reports, indicators and presentations of the area.
- Compliance with internal Security, Integrity and Quality policies.
Requirements:
- Professional technician in administrative or related areas.
- Experience in customer service, commercial area, billing and credit notes.
- Medium level knowledge of SAP (desirable) and Excel.
- High level of customer orientation, commercial focus, teamwork and administrative precision.
