At Manpower Perú we are looking for the best talent to take on the challenge as an Administrative Assistant in Real Estate Management (Collection, Billing and Lease Management) for the Financial sector.\nThe opportunity to have a better future is here!\nRequirements:\nUniversity bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or similar.\nKnowledge of Excel at an Intermediate level.\nKnowledge of Power Bi at the level intermediate.\nExperience of 2 years in similar positions.\nKnowledge of English at an intermediate level.\nAvailability to work from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm in home office mode.\nFunctions:\nManage the collection of invoices issued to tenants, ensuring their payment within the corresponding date.\nInvoice and manage the collection of default interest corresponding to overdue invoices.\nParticipate in the Monthly accounting closings and verify compliance with the budget.\nSending format to accounting, monthly and weekly upon request.
