This role is critical to manage the flow of leads, system coordination and administrative reporting in our Houston and Colombia operations.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead Management: Process and manage the flow of incoming contacts in the CRM system according to established protocols\nTelephone Systems Administration: Monitor and manage virtual communication lines in real time\nCall Control: Review and manage unanswered calls through dashboards and tracking tools\nCoordination of Communications: Manage internal communications through corporate chat platforms and email\nReferral Control: Process and manage referral database through collaborative spreadsheets\nReports and Analysis: Generate performance reports, conversion metrics and comparative analysis\nOpportunity Distribution: Coordinate the assignment of business opportunities according to established criteria\nTeam Monitoring: Supervise production and quality metrics of internal teams\nDatabase Management: Process and update inventory information through file conversion\nAutomated Campaigns: Configure and execute communication campaigns through specialized platforms\nRequirements\nReliable high-speed internet connection (required)\nDual monitor setup (minimum 2 monitors)\nExperience with CRM systems, Google Sheets and Google Chat\nExperience with data extraction, preparation of CSV and Excel files\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (preferred)\nSkills:\nGreat attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to follow SOPs \nExcellent written communication in Spanish\nTime management skills to handle multiple simultaneous tasks\nProactive problem resolution and escalation when necessary\nIdeal Candidate\nYou perform well in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple systems simultaneously, and understand that timely lead management directly impacts sales success.
