Administrative Assistant & Financial Operations \n\n\nModality: 100% Remote\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm\n\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for an Administrative and Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive support in corporate communication, coordination with clients, financial operations and execution of the Profit First system.\n\nThis role combines administrative excellence, digital communication, client relations and support in financial flows. You will be the key link between the CFO, clients, the operations team and the financial team to ensure smooth deliveries, consistent execution and an outstanding experience for our clients.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Management of corporate emails.\n- Writing and responding to professional correspondence.\n- Execution of communication strategies to attract leads and strengthen brand reputation.\n- Management of campaigns within the CRM.\n- Use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity to create reports, emails and data summaries.\n- Optimization of operational flows through automations and AI-based processes.\n- Schedule meetings and support service acquisition processes.\n- Attend webinars to document insights and follow-up of actions.\n- Guide the client in transfers, percentages and purpose of accounts.\n- Keep the assignment calendar in order.\n- Verify the account structure: Income, Profit, Owner Pay, Tax, OPEX.\n- Be first-line support for payroll issues.\n- Follow up on pending tasks, configurations and open tasks.\n\n\nRequirements:\nAdvanced English\nExperience in customer service, operations, management or customer success roles.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nHigh level of detail and process-oriented mentality.\nComfort working with financial systems or structured frameworks.\n\n\nPlus:\nKnowledge of the Profit First system.\nExperience in payroll.\nBackground in financial or banking operations.\nCRM: Cajabra",
