At Arch Latam Perú, a consulting firm specialized in human talent management, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client in the technology sector. providing administrative support to the different areas of the company\nRequirements:\nMinimum experience of 1 year as an Administrative Assistant or similar positions.\nTechnical or university studies in Administration, Accounting or similar (desirable).\nUsership of Excel at a basic/intermediate level.\nExperience in document management, purchase orders and inventories.\nKnowledge of Google Drive tools (desirable).\nAvailability for face-to-face and on-time work complete.\nFunctions:\nReceiving and answering telephone calls.\nPurchasing office supplies.\nControl and coordination of use of meeting rooms.\nReception, registration and document management.\nCoordination of catering for meetings.\nOrganization and support in internal events and HR activities.\nMonitoring of requests and receipt of warehouse merchandise.\nFilling out budget forms based on purchase orders.\nManagement and Control of inventories of trade warehouses.\nControl and monitoring of purchase orders from the Trade Marketing area.\nMonitoring of pending work with suppliers, in coordination with the Trade Marketing Headquarters.\nManagement of the Drive of Peru.\nSupport in the preparation of Post Mortem reports.\nSalary and Benefits:\nEntry into the payroll from the first day.\nMonthly remuneration of S/. 2000\nBenefits by law (CTS, bonuses, vacations, ESSALUD).\nConstant training and career path.\nHomeOffice modality\nOur commitment is to guarantee an inclusive work environment, based on respect and dignity, where professional development and equal opportunities are promoted, free of any form of discrimination.",
