Job Description
1. Administrative Responsibilities (Non-Sales)
Updating Records: Keep the monthly metrics table up to date, entering the data corresponding to RFQS taken, offered and not offered from each agent.
Tool Maintenance: Monitor and correct technical errors in spreadsheets, such as failures in import ranges (IMPORTRANGE) or circular dependencies, so that the information is always visible.
Document Management: Organize and digitally archive bid receipts, resolutions and supporting documents for each administrative process.
2. Profile Requirements
Language: Native Spanish (Hispanic speaker) with excellent writing and spelling.
Excel/Google Sheets level: Advanced. Must be able to organize data from January to December into consolidated tables and resolve reference errors (#REF!).
Knowledge of Platforms: Technical familiarity with the Public Market portal (Chile) at the level of consultation and data extraction.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support, virtual secretarial or remote data management positions.
3. Key Competencies
Precision and Rigor: Ability to handle large volumes of numerical data (such as those in the Agent Table) without making entry errors.
Technical Problem Resolution: Ability to diagnose why a formula is not loading or why a range of data is giving an internal error.
Discretion: Confidential management of information on salaries, commissions and personnel performance metrics.
Organization: Ability to structure information so that all months are in a single, visually clear table",
