Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative and Logistics Assistant for remote work, to support the daily management of an ecommerce company.
Main functions:
Daily administrative management in ERP Delsol and Ecommerce.
Creation and monitoring of commercial budgets
Order management and shipping coordination
Control of orders, incidents and returns
Basic customer service by email and WhatsApp
Support in general office administrative tasks
Organization of documentation and process monitoring
Requirements:
Experience in administrative and/or logistical tasks
Management of computer tools (Excel, email, ERP)
Experience in ecommerce (valuable)
Order, responsibility and autonomy
