Job Description

At Adecco, on behalf of our mining client, we are looking for 1 Administrative Assistant (Mining).\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nTechnical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar (graduate or final cycles).\nMinimum experience of 1 year in administrative work in industrial or mining environments.\nMastery of the WebControl system (desirable).\nKnowledge of supplier approval processes (desirable).\nUsership of Excel at an intermediate level (dynamic tables, filters, formulas).\nAvailability to work under an atypical regime.\n\nFUNCTIONS:\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to the project team in document control tasks, entry of personnel and equipment.\nManage records on the WebControl platform: creation of users, access permissions, validations and monitoring.\nCoordinate with internal and external areas for compliance with supplier approval requirements.\nSupport in monitoring of contracts, renewals and uploading documentation into the corresponding systems.\nPrepare reports and control administrative and management indicators.\nOrganize physical and digital files according to client standards.\n\nREGIMEN\n6x1 - Monday to Saturday\n\nBENEFITS:\nSalary S/. 1200 + complete ADECCO payroll.\nPlace of work: Home Office\nPayments are monthly.\nYou will enjoy benefits according to law: Double salary in July and December (Gratuity) and an additional salary (CTS) divided into two months (May and November), family allowance in case you have children, and Essalud insurance.\nWE WANT TO HAVE YOUR TALENT!!",
