Brokerage Admin. Assistant III)\nYou are responsible for accurately processing import documentation in compliance with UK customs regulations. This includes tariff classification, tax validation and ensuring compliance with each client's specific requirements. The role requires accuracy, responsibility and strong communication skills to support UPS's commitment to timely and compliant brokerage operations.\nMain Responsibilities\nReview and classify import documentation in accordance with UK customs regulations.\nCorrectly apply tariff codes and validate import tax calculations.\nPrioritize and process shipments according to each client's specific instructions.\nPerform data entry, document audit and mail distribution electronics with high attention to detail.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure efficient workflow.\nMaintain performance standards in a dynamic, metrics-oriented environment.\nRequirements\nLevel of English: B2+/C1 (85%+) Required.\nMinimum 1 year of administrative or logistics experience Required.\nIntermediate command of Excel Required.\nExperience in customs brokerage or international trade Desirable.\nTechnical or university studies in International Business, Logistics or related careers Desirable.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently.\nCommitment to long-term professional development within UPS.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nReside in Bogotá.\nDemonstrate professional maturity, responsibility and interest in professional growth.\nWillingness for continuous learning through internal training and exposure to different functional areas.\n Location: Remote must live in Bogotá\n Hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (44 hours per week)\nBasic salary: $2,117,331 monthly payment\nIndefinite term contract",
