Brokerage Admin Assistant III\nLocation: Medellín \nWork Model From home / schedule Monday to Friday from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.\nThis position performs advanced administrative responsibilities related to the collection, validation and analysis of information from various sources, using different office tools and software packages. The position is aimed at understanding, classifying and processing documentation based on customs regulations applicable to import processes.\nThe person in this position must have the ability to carry out an adequate tariff classification, ensuring that the corresponding taxes and import charges are applied correctly. Likewise, it is essential to understand the specific priorities and requirements of each client to guarantee an agile, precise and aligned workflow with their needs.\nThis position performs general office tasks that may include word processing, data entry, email distribution, document audit, telephone answering of incoming calls, customer service and other assigned functions. Additionally, you may regularly deal with confidential information and material.\nResponsibilities:\nGeneral administrative management, including call reception, case tracking and internal and external escalations.\nProvide information to the client about the status of their packages and the associated customs process.\nIdentify, process and request the documentation and information required for presentation to the customs agency.\nUnderstand, classify and process import documentation in accordance with customs regulations. in force.\nPerform a correct tariff classification and validate the correct settlement of taxes and import charges.\nAttend to client requests, queries and requirements in a timely and effective manner.\nMaintain direct contact with internal and external clients to ensure the continuity of the process.\nAudit documents and validate that the information received meets the established requirements.\nSupport the operational flow through the appropriate use of office tools and internal systems.\nRequirements:\nProfessional or technologist in foreign trade, international business or related careers (required).\nExperience in customer service (preferable).\nExperience in customs or import processes (preferable).\nIntermediate English 70% (required)\nIntermediate Excel (required).\nKnowledge of office automation.\nBasic or intermediate knowledge of tariff classification and import documentation will be valued.\nSkills:\nCustomer orientation.\nProblem solving.\nEmpathy.\nAdaptation to change.\nEmotional intelligence.\nAttention to detail and document analysis.\nAbility to prioritize tasks based on customer and operation needs.\nAbility to work in a highly measured, fast-paced production environment.\nOther details:\nShift: Monday to Friday from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. (main)
