At Beeping Fulfilment we continue to grow and are looking for Customer Service assistants (freelance) in El Salvador to strengthen our customer service team in LATAM. What will be your day to day life at Beeping?
•\ Provide required information to clients.
•\ Resolve incidents online and on a deferred basis.
•\ Manage any client eventuality: complaints, billing and operational doubts.
•\ Internal support to other departments, sharing information and working as a team.
•\ Meet customer satisfaction objectives and resolution of incidents within the deadline.

What do we expect from you?
•\ Availability to work as a freelancer.
•\ Previous experience working with the Office package.
•\ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•\ Experience in customer service.
•\ Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
•\ Assessable: fluent English or Portuguese at a professional level

What do we offer at Beeping?
Full time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
Schedule\ Shifts depending on the job
Salary\ €2.46 per hour
