At Manpower Perú we are looking for the best talent to take on the challenge as an Issuance Assistant (Remote) for an important company in Peru.\nThe opportunity to have a better future is here!\nRequirements:\nTechnical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.\nMinimum experience of 1 year in the insurance field in platform, commercial and/or risk areas (Essential)\nExperience in in-person or remote customer service.\nManagement office at an intermediate level.\nAvailability to work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm REMOTELY (work at home).\nFunctions:\nAnalyze the Life procedures that go through quality sampling, verifying that they are correctly attended to and comply with the Company's policies and keep the sample registry updated in the respective Drive.\nPrepare and execute internal training for the different Life and AMF branches.\nPrepare the monthly evaluation of the assigned team in order to determine the score obtained by the issuers, taking the BSC as a reference.\nDevelop all those functions inherent to the area of their competence or assigned by their immediate boss.\nActively participate in initiatives to improve the processes of the area.\nStrictly comply with the current regulations associated with their process (manuals, policies and procedures of the area and those belonging to Information Security, Quality Management System, Continuity Plan Business, Risk Management, and Safety and Health at Work).\nBenefits:\nEntry to the client's direct payroll.\nSalary according to the market.\nFood card.\nPermanence bonus.\nBonus for objectives.\nEPS covered at 75%\n\nAt Manpower Perú, we promote inclusion and employment insertion without distinction based on disability, gender, orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin or generation.
