Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Modality: Remote/Full time

Job description:
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the Project Management team in the coordination and administration of construction projects. This role focuses on managing documentation, scheduling and communication between all stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and clarify discrepancies with everyone involved in the project.
- Manage RFIs, purchase change orders and the acquisition of submittals.
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely completion of procedures.
- Schedule structural inspections and Certificate of Occupancy appointments.
- Manage permit scheduling and ensure compliance with project deadlines.
- Use scheduling software to maintain accurate schedules.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Maintain records and support in the preparation of progress and compliance reports.

Requirements and skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
- Experience making estimates on projects.
- Training in construction administration.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented person.
- Efficiency and proactivity in task management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Modality: 100% remote.
English level: Advanced – required.",
