Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized person to join our team and mainly support marketing outreach tasks, actively contacting brands and companies to generate collaboration opportunities for our athletes.

The role combines development of external business opportunities with internal customer service and operational support tasks. 100% remote work.

Main responsibilities

Marketing Outreach & Collaborations
•\ Identify brands, companies and projects that fit the profile of our athletes.
•\ Actively contact brands (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
•\ Present collaboration proposals in a clear and professional manner.
•\ Follow up on open conversations and opportunities.
•\ Coordinate and participate in online meetings in English with potential partners.

Internal tasks and customer service

•\ Support in day-to-day internal and operational tasks.
•\ Basic attention to clients and partners (emails, follow-up, organization).
•\ Updating databases and internal documents.
•\ Support the team in administrative tasks related to marketing and partnerships.

Requirements

•\ High level of English (oral and written) – essential.
•\ Ability to hold online meetings and converse with brands in English fluently.
•\ Interest or previous experience in marketing, sales, communication or business development (not exclusive).
•\ Good use of digital tools (email, Google Docs/Sheets, video calls).
•\ Availability for remote work and good internet connection.
