Join our US health insurance agency and help us boost our operations and customer service. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, responsible, with a clear customer orientation, genuine interest in sales and who enjoys remote teamwork.

*KEY POSITION DATA
-Mode: 100% Remote.
-Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours (Time Zone: Miami / ET).
-Contract: Provision of services (Subcontracted).
-Salary: $4,000,000 COP.
-Extra benefits: Sales bonuses + Portfolio update bonuses + Annual bonus (equivalent to 5 days of salary).

*WHAT WILL YOU DO?
-Operational management: Management of insurance portals, case monitoring and commission reporting.
-Customer service: Comprehensive support via telephone, email and WhatsApp.
-Sales: Support in the marketing of life, dental, funeral and supplemental insurance.

*ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual: Spanish – Advanced English (C1).
- Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years in the sales area.
- Equipment: Own computer and stable internet connection.
- Skills: High organization, attention to detail (key to managing commissions), empathy and ease of learning new systems.
