Your job will be to coordinate and manage requests related to tires, rearview mirrors, mirrors and other vehicle and home accessories, ensuring timely, friendly and efficient attention to our users.

Main functions:

Respond to requests and coordinate assistance services for vehicles (tires, mirrors, rear-view mirrors, etc.) and home.

Record and track cases until closure.

Provide clear information and quality service to users.
