We are looking for the best talent to fill our IT Services Assistant vacancy, below are the details:\nFunctions:\nRecord, classify and track incidents reported by internal and external clients.\nCoordinate the attention and resolution of incidents and requirements with technical teams and/or suppliers.\nAttend user requests (access management, software installation, basic configuration, among others).\nMonitor and ensure compliance with established SLAs.\nDocument procedures, applied solutions and keep the knowledge base updated.\nProvide support in implementation, migration or update projects of service management tools (GLPI).\nRequirements:\nTechnical or university studies in Systems Engineering, Computing, Informatics or related careers.\nMinimum experience of 1 year in similar support or help desk positions.\nKnowledge in incident management and ITSM tools (experience with GLPI is desirable).\nBasic knowledge in operating systems, networks and technical support.\nManagement of office tools.\nCommunication, organization and customer orientation skills.\nWorking conditions:\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.\nModality: Remote - with availability of visits to clients (according to project requirements)\nRemuneration: S/ 1500 in full payroll",
