We are looking for the best talent to fill our Systems Assistant vacancy, below are the details:\nFunctions:\nProvide technical and functional support to the organization's information systems.\nRecord, classify and follow up on incidents reported by internal and external users.\nCoordinate the resolution of incidents and requirements with other technical teams or suppliers.\nAttend to user requests (software installation, access, configurations, among others).\nDocument procedures and maintain updated the knowledge base.\nSupport in implementation, migration or improvement projects of the GLPI system.\nEnsure compliance with the established service levels (SLA).\nRequirements:\nGraduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related careers.\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a systems assistant\nExperience in GLPI implementation.\nExperience in incident management and direct dealings with users through tickets (essential)\nKnowledge in: IT service management (ITIL Foundation desirable).\nGLPI management (essential)\nManagement of networks, operating systems (Windows and Linux), office hardware and software.\nConditions:\nComplete payroll\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.\nModality: Remote\nRemuneration: S/ 1,500 soles.",
