English level C2 — fluent in all aspects (oral and written).
Fast and accurate writing.
Ability to analyze information and make decisions quickly.
Previous experience in support or customer service will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Customer service through online chat.
Quick and efficient resolution of queries and requests.
Management of a high volume of messages.
Maintenance of a high standard of quality in service.
