A growing Panamanian company, specialized in lighting solutions for buildings and horizontal properties, is looking for an organized, proactive person with excellent customer service.

Main responsibilities:
Customer service and monitoring (mainly building administrators)

Sending quotes and tracking orders

Management and control of messages through WhatsApp Business

Coordination of deliveries with the operational team

Customer reactivation and post-sales follow-up

Profile we are looking for:
Organized, responsible and initiative person.
Good written and verbal communication
Experience in sales, customer service or administrative roles
Basic use of Excel and digital tools
Sales tracking and closing ability
Preferably with experience in product or service companies
