Job Description
For our client, a company that delivers technological solutions for Mining, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to achieve greater productivity, availability and cost reduction in its processes, we are looking for an executive assistant to support the general manager.
General Objective of the Position:
Carry out administrative-accounting-management control tasks to support the general manager in these tasks.
Workplace: Full remote from your home or preferred location. Flexible schedule, permanent communication. It can live in any region of Chile.
Main functions:
•\ Prepare the accounting documentation required monthly by the company's external accountant.
•\ Keep updated information and documentation related to import operations (PO, Invoices, Shipper Expenses, Customs Agent Expenses, DIN, GD).
•\ Keep updated and manage supplier payment.
•\ Control and record the expense reports of field sales engineers.
•\ Generate and control the labor documentation required by the current contracts that the company maintains with its clients.
•\ Generate and control reservation and purchase of air tickets, hotel reservations and van rental in Chile.
•\ Purchase management of sporadic company supplies (work clothing, merchandising, PPE, etc.)
Requirements
•\ Careers: Executive secretary, foreign trade, business administration, translator, accounting, or equivalent careers.
•\ Autonomous, disciplined person with their own drive to develop current tasks, propose improvements and participate in the search for efficiencies in current processes.
•\ 10 years' experience in similar tasks.
•\ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
•\ Advanced fluent English (sporadic communication with suppliers in Canada, Australia and the USA). Part of the interview will be carried out in English.
