To accompany our growth, we are looking for an Executive and Operations Assistant to support internal coordination, the organization of agendas and the logistics of meetings and events, ensuring order, efficiency and fluidity in the daily work of the team.ResponsibilitiesExecutive support and internal coordinationOrganize agendas, meetings and team trips.Take notes and prepare minutes of internal and external meetings.Follow up on agreements and tasks derived from meetings.Keep institutional calendars and planning documents updated.Support the preparation of presentations, reports and materials for management and partner meetings.Document management and administrativeOrder and keep the physical and digital files of the organization up to date.Support the management of contracts, agreements and institutional documentation.Coordinate the collection of information for audits, reports and internal processes.Ensure the correct application of administrative and archiving procedures.Logistics and organization of eventsSupport the organization of meetings, training and internal and external events.Manage reservations, suppliers and logistical materials.Coordinate communication with participants and partners before and after the events.Guarantee that each activity is carried out with order, punctuality and attention to detail.Transversal support to the teamCollaborate with the Program, Finance and Communication areas on tasks operational.Execute improvements in processes and internal management tools.Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, efficient and positive work environment.RequirementsWe are looking for someone organized, proactive and with a vocation for service. The ideal profile includes: At least 2â4 years of experience in administrative, executive support or operations coordination functions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with autonomy and judgment. Mastery of office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Docs, Calendar, Drive).
