Technological Solutions Company is looking for a Financial Assistant to work on a project basis located in Providencia.\nFunctions:\n1.Assist Management in operational tasks: agenda, meetings, remote coordination.\n1.Assist Management in operational tasks: agenda, meetings, remote coordination.\n2.Maintain control and order of financial, administrative and organizational documentation\n3.Process and record invoices, receipts, purchase orders, expense reports, among others. others.\n4.Execute bank reconciliations and support monthly closings (With external advice).\n5.Prepare reports in Excel (Expenses, income, petty cash, flows, quotes)\n6.Coordinate purchases, payments to suppliers and manage supporting documentation.\n7.Ensure confidentiality and order in digital and physical files.\n8.Support in procedures before SII and digital platforms.\n9.Collaborate on accounting tasks with suppliers external when appropriate.\n10.Carry out general organizational procedures for the optimal implementation of criteria.\n11.Carry out task tracking and key reminders for management management.\n12. Support HR management, training and administrative issues of collaborators: Salaries, absenteeism, equipment loans, etc.\n13. Support Operations management, regarding issues related to the control of ticket hours and comparison with the hours purchased from the client. Review the project times.\n\nRequirements:\nTitle: Technician or Professional in Administration, Accounting, Secretarial or similar.\nExperience of 1 to 3 years in similar positions.\nExcel proficiency and fluency in digital tools (Drive, Word, Outlook, Trello, etc.)\nBasic - Intermediate English\nExperience in ERP (Softland, Nubox or similar)\n\nModality: Hybrid\nHours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with 60 minutes of snack time",
